Ayer, 3 de febrero de 2018, pudimos asistir a la presentación de la película #Culpables en @sanestebancultural, gracias a @HotelPalaciodeSanEsteban y @GesProSAL.
Los marginados en las separaciones matrimoniales y su sufrimiento como eje temático principal.
Interesante largometraje de Tomás Aceituno Maldonado basado en hechos reales que permitió a los asistentes conocer, reflexionar y opinar acerca de un tema tan actual, delicado y conflictivo como la #AlienaciónParental que sufren algunos menores cuando comienzan los trámites de separación o divorcio de sus progenitores
Se refleja el sentimiento de la menor, el trastorno de la personalidad provocado por esta situación, así como el cambio de vida de los padres en los ámbitos tanto personal, como laboral y social.
Asimismo, plantea otra visión diferente de la violencia de género, aquella en que una de las partes queda totalmente marginada cuando la otra hace todo lo posible por separarla de los hijos utilizando diferentes argucias, quedando, también condenada por la justicia y la sociedad.
Los aspectos de debate fueron:
- Alienación Parental suprimimos la palabra síndrome y llamamos al tema MALTRATO INFANTIL
- Trastorno de la personalidad del menor
- Cambio de vida de los progenitores: personal, laboral, social
- Denuncias falsas y sus consecuencias
- Juicios rápidos sin garantías
- Rechazo social de una persona acusada injustamente

Yesterday, February 3rd, 2018, we were able to attend the presentation of the film #Culpables at @sanestebancultural, thanks to @HotelPalaciodeSanEsteban and @GesProSAL.
The marginalized in marital separations and their suffering as the main theme.
Interesting feature by Tomás Aceituno Maldonado based on real events that allowed attendees to know, reflect and express their opinion on a current, sensitive and conflictive topic such as the #ParentalAlienation suffered by some minors when they begin the separation or divorce proceedings of their parents.
It reflects the feeling of the child, the personality disorder caused by this situation, as well as the change of life of the parents in the personal, labor and social spheres.
It also raises another different view of gender violence, one in which one of the parties is totally marginalized when the other does everything possible to separate it from the children using different tricks, remaining, also condemned by justice and society.
The aspects of debate were:
- Parental Alienation we suppress the word syndrome and we call the topic CHILD MALTREATMENT
- Personality disorder of the minor
- Change of life of the parents: personal, labor, social
- False complaints and their consequences
- Quick judgments without guarantees
- Social rejection of a person unfairly accused
