Desde el 14 de febrero de 2008, en España, el Real Decreto 105/2008 impone una serie de requisitos relativos a los residuos de construcción y demolición que obligan a su segregación y tratamiento adecuado, con el fin de ser aprovechados de manera eficiente por reciclaje, reutilización o cualquier otra forma de valorización y reducir, así, la eliminación.
Esta gestión abarca desde un estudio a incluir en el proyecto hasta la entrega de los residuos de construcción y demolición (RCD) a un gestor, pasando por su correcta segregación.
El estudio inicial se configura como el manual para un manejo aceptable en el que habría que considerar otros requisitos legales relacionados con el uso y presencia de materiales peligrosos si fuera el caso. Se ha de cuidar la selección de aquellos considerados inertes, frente a los residuos peligrosos para, como ya hemos mencionado, poder aprovechar los primeros de manera adecuada.
Since February 14th, 2008, in Spain, Royal Decree 105/2008 imposes a series of requirements related to construction and demolition waste that call for its segregation and proper treatment, in order to be used efficiently by recycling , reuse or any other form of recovery and thus reduce disposal.
This management ranges from a study to be included in the project to the delivery of construction and demolition debris to a waste manager, through its proper segregation.
The initial study is configured as the manual for an acceptable handling, in which other legal requirements related to the use and presence of hazardous materials would have to be considered, if applicable. The selection of those considered inert must be taken care of, in front of hazardous waste, in order, as we have already mentioned, to be able to take advantage of the former in an adequate way.
